Based at Ghent, Belgium, MANON is an artist on the hunt for the newest hot cuts, preferably
those with an energetic rolling bass line.

Roaming the night-life scene for more than a decade and getting in touch with all kinds of
music genres, there’s always been a certain urge to share her passion for music.

At the age of 14, Manon was pulled in by the melodic vibes of liquid drum n bass. Soon
afterwards an interest in the groovy house and tech house scene emerged. These sweaty
warehouse parties and energetic crowds were the mere base of a smouldering passion for
the more underground techno scene, now the centre point of a vastly expanding DJ career
with residencies at the city of Ghent, Belgium.

Combining the old and new, MANON delivers an energetic set with just a hint of melancholy.
A steady groove, driving percussion and occasionally some break beat sounds are the
foundation of a bass- and rhythm-heavy sound that’s addictively mysterious and
mysteriously intoxicating.

Being part of the House collective ‘After The Groove’, she strives to bring people together
with funky records and groovy house tunes.
