TICKET FAQ - We receive a lot of questions regarding your tickets. If you already bought a ticket for the 2020 edition and you want to join us in August: you don't have to do a thing! If you can't come, tickets are valid in 2022 and/or 2023 as well. If you have bought a pre-payment ticket in 2021, you can upgrade or refund from June onwards. We will send you all info by mail.
(1) 2020 Tickets are valid for edition 2021 (20/21/22 August), edition 2022 (15/16/17 July) or edition 2023 (14/15/16 July). If you come to the 2021 edition in August, you don’t have to do a thing. Tickets will be automatically valid at the entrance. If you can't come to the 2021 edition, your ticket will be valid for the 2022 or 2023 edition.
(2) 2021 Pre-Payment tickets (10 euro) can be upgraded for full tickets from June onwards. You will be directed by mail how to upgrade. It will also be possible to get a refund for this kind of ticket.
