Unlike many festivals located in remote fields, Ostend Beach takes place right in the city centre of Ostend.
Whether you travel by train, tram, bus or car, getting here is easy.
By train
Ostend railway station is located only a short walk from the festival site and offers direct connections with Bruges, Ghent, Brussels and many other Belgian cities.
By coastal tram
The Belgian Coast Tram connects every coastal town between De Panne and Knokke-Heist and stops close to the festival area.
By bus
Numerous regional bus lines arrive at Ostend Station, located within walking distance of the festival.
By car
Several public car parks are available around the city centre and festival site.

On Friday and Saturday the festival continues until 02:00.
Public transport services may no longer be operating when the festival ends.
If you plan to stay until the end of the festival, we strongly recommend booking accommodation in Ostend or arranging your return transport in advance.
BY CAR
Coming by car? You can easily park in Ostend during the festival! We recommend using one of our parkings, all within walking distance of the festival area.

BY TRAIN
Traveling to Ostend beach by train is super comfortable and gets you to Ostend smoothly. Keep in mind, though, that the last trains leave around 11 PM. Want to experience the festival until the very last moment? Then be sure to take our convenient Shuttle Bus! That way, you can enjoy a magical summer night without any worries.
BY TRAM
The most easy way to navigate at the Belgian Coast is the KUSTTRAM if joining us from any seaside town (De Panne - Knokke). Take halt "Oostende-Station".
If you come by TRAM: mind that the festival lasts till 2am Saturday night and the final tram is at 00h30. On Sunday night, the festival lasts till midnight and there is a final tram running at 00h30. You can take the night bus if needed.

BY BUS
The drivers of De Lijn are there for you until late at night. In the Ostend region, several bus lines run to and from Ostend in the evening and at night.
Discover below which lines operate late into the night.In and around Ostend, you can travel in the evening until around 11 PM on Saturday night (and until about 2 AM!). After-midnight services run on Friday and Saturday nights toward Middelkerke.
The Coastal Tram runs every 30 minutes in the evening, and there are extra late-night services on Friday and Saturday nights.
BY PLANE
There are 3 airports close to Ostend. Each of them allow you to easily travel to the festival.
• The airport of BRUSSELS (Zaventem) – brusselsairport.be
There is an underground train station beneath the airport. From there you can take the train to Ostend.
• The airport of OSTEND – luchthaven-oostendebrugge.com
Take the bus or tram to 'Oostende Station', at 300m from the festival area.
• The airport of LILLE – lille.aeroport.fr
A shuttle bus brings you to the train station Lille Flandres. From there you can take the train to Ostend.

BY BIKE
We highly recommend coming to Ostend Beach by bike! It’s not only eco-friendly and hassle-free, but also a real joy to ride along the coast. Right on the seafront, in front of our festival grounds, we’ve set up a large and secure bicycle parking area. This way, you can park your bike easily and step right into the heart of the atmosphere.
