ON AND AROUND THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS

Only the first person to present a valid original festival/camping ticket will be granted access. Copies are not valid.

The following are strictly prohibited on the festival grounds: drugs, liquids, glass, cans, sharp objects, alcohol, animals, professional audiovisual equipment, fires, and any object deemed dangerous by the organisation.

Searches (pat-downs/luggage checks) may occur. Refusal leads to denied entry.

All Things Live Belgium BV, artists, employees, or partners are not liable for accidents, damage, theft, or loss.

Only official merchandise is allowed on the grounds. Unauthorized distribution of goods, samples, or flyers is prohibited unless written permission is granted.

Ostend Beach is for everyone. Discriminatory, violent, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with festival regulations. Violations may lead to removal or denied entry. You are liable for any resulting claims or damages and agree to indemnify Ostend Beach Festival. We reserve the right to take legal action if necessary.

LIABILITY – CANCELLATION – FORCE MAJEURE – PROGRAMME CHANGES

All Things Live Belgium BV is liable only for direct damage caused by proven fault, and only up to the value of the purchased ticket. Indirect damages are excluded.

In case of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics), the organisation is not liable for non-performance. Tickets remain valid for a postponed edition unless otherwise stated.

Third parties (including visitors) who cause damage are fully liable and must indemnify All Things Live Belgium BV and any affected partners or staff.

If the event is cancelled, the ticket price (excluding fees) will be refunded to the original purchaser — except in force majeure cases, where no compensation is due unless otherwise agreed.

Programme changes do not give right to partial or full refunds. We always strive for an equivalent alternative.
