Robot Rock Alive aims to bring you the experience of an original alive show by french electronic duo Daft Punk.
Using current technology, the team have created a mindblowing show. Sound, lights and video is performed on real time using hardware equipment for a complete live performance, recreating the robots sound and paying tribute to Daft Punk’s music.
The robots want to complete the mission started at 2007, to bring the Daft Punk’s Alive experience for all audiences looking for a complete live electronic music experience never seen before.
The Robot Rock project has been conceived and developed entirely by two Catalan musicians and producers who have worked for over four years to provide a new audiovisual show that combines current software and state-of-the-art hardware synthesizers with components and technologies from the original show, to those who had the chance to witness ALIVE 2007 and especially to the generation that missed out on it.
The result is Robot Rock Alive, a show that has sold out in all it's performances and, given the high anticipation generated both nationally and internationally, will land for the first time in Belgium at the Ostend Beach Festival.
ROBOT ROCK ALIVE will once again focus on the music and the sensory live experience that definitively established Daft Punk in the electronic music Olympus and also marked the duo's final tour, as they officially split in 2021.
